Our CWIs perform pre-weld, in-process, and final visual inspection on separator vessels, heater treaters, pipeline tie-ins, and structural steel at well pads and processing facilities throughout the Midland Basin. We document to API 1104 and ASME requirements as your project demands.
Pipeline girth weld radiography to API 1104 is a daily requirement across the Permian Basin. Our TDSHS-licensed radiographers perform conventional film and digital RT on gathering lines, injection lines, and facility piping in Midland, keeping your construction schedules moving.
For heavy-wall fittings, compressor skids, and high-pressure wellhead components common to Permian Basin operations, our UT technicians provide accurate volumetric flaw detection and wall thickness measurement — including phased array UT for complex geometries.
