What We Offer
Our AWS Certified Welding Inspectors (CWIs) serve fabrication shops, pipeline contractors, and plant operators across the Houston metro. We perform pre-weld, in-process, and final visual inspections to AWS D1.1, API 1104, and ASME code requirements — keeping your projects compliant and your welds documentated.
Houston's dense refinery and pipeline infrastructure demands RT capability that moves as fast as your schedule. Our TDSHS-licensed radiographers perform conventional film, computed (CR), and digital (DR) radiography on pipe welds, pressure vessel nozzles, and structural connections throughout the Ship Channel, Baytown, and Texas City corridors.
For thick-wall reactors, heat exchanger shells, and pipeline girth welds common to Houston's petrochemical complex, our conventional and phased array UT technicians deliver accurate flaw detection and sizing. We support new construction, in-service inspection, and fitness-for-service assessments across all major Houston-area plant sites.
Structural weld cracking, lifting equipment re-certification, and weld tie-in inspection are everyday requirements in the Houston construction and maintenance market. Our MT crews perform both AC yoke and fluorescent wet MT with same-day availability throughout the greater Houston area.
